Excellent location and hospitality.Great place to rest and chill.I have been to few places and this one has made everything possible for me in the best way.its one of the places that has been there for many people.From the owner to the staff they will make you feel like one of the family members.Beautiful and clean place.

Rooms pretty small, but worth the price I guess. My bathroom had issues this time, no lights and makes noise

Rooms are ok, nothing special. Some sarcastic staff immediately put me off. While loadshedding even at midnight there's a loud a* generator going so good luck sleeping. Only good thing about this place is it's walking distance from the gallagher convention centre.Noisy all round like other reviews mention as well. Really bad outlets with little to no power for charging a phone. Food is mediocre at best, pay R120 for 1 chop and a side dish and wait 90 minutes for it.

Horrible service.First there was no security at the gate. Easy access!! If you have a car, think twice!The sheets were dirty, had stains.Doors were hard to unlock and lock.I trust this feedback will assist in you changing the way you do things.

The hotel was located in a safe area, the service was great and the staff were really friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, everything I needed was there except there was only one outlet to charge my stuff which wasn't enough, the breakfast was great, different options for all tastes. One thing I may complain about is the noises at night of other clients but overall my experience was great.
